Weybridge station is around a 10 to 15 minute walk into the town centre. Direct trains run from London Waterloo.
Free parking is available nearby. Churchfield Road car park is also a short walk away, with 199 spaces (pay and display, or RingGo location 15571).
Airport shuttles run from London Heathrow before the conference on Thursday 14 Jan and after it on Saturday 16 Jan. A shuttle also runs from Brooklands Hotel for anyone without a car.

Your ticket includes entry to the conference only. Accommodation and travel are not included.
Please note there is no kids provision at this event.
Refunds are available up to 30 days before the event, excluding the booking fee. After that we are not able to give refunds. If you can no longer come, you can pass your ticket on to someone else. Just email events@equippers.co.uk with their name.
